Mushroom Burgers Dijon
Mushroom Burgers Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, salt and pepper, 3 tbsp. dry white wine or water, 2 tsp. dijon mustard and 1/4 tsp. tarragon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Form turkey into 4 patties, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook in nonstick pan sprayed with "Pam."
Cook until brown on both sides.
Remove and keep warm.
Deglaze pan with wine, mustard and tarragon.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
To serve, place burgers on toasted bread.
Spoon mushroom mixture over top. Serves 2 to 4.
