Mushroom A La Crème is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. small mushrooms with stems, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. dry sherry, 1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature) and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute mushrooms in butter for 2 minutes.
Add sherry and cook another 2 minutes.
Add sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
The consistency of the mix should be that of a rich Hollandaise.
Saturate the golden and very crisp toast with melted butter.
Pour mushroom mix on toast.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serves two for lunch.
