Moo Goo Gai Pan
Moo Goo Gai Pan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, 4 tbsp. olive oil, 2 c. bamboo shoots, 1 pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed and 2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut chicken into strips.
Fry over high heat in 4 tablespoons oil for 5 minutes.
Add bamboo shoots, pea pods, celery, cabbage, water chestnuts, broth and soy.
Cover pan and steam for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Mix cornstarch with cold water.
Add to Moo Goo Gai Pan to thicken.
Serve with rice.
