Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. warm milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter (sticks) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place salt, sugar and butter in a bowl; add warm milk.
Add 2 cups flour.
Let yeast dissolve in warm water; add to flour mixture and beat well.
Add eggs and remaining flour.
Stir in well.
Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 hour until double in bulk.
Melt 1 stick of butter in small saucepan.
Roll out dough on floured board and cut out with biscuit cutter.
Dip biscuits in melted butter to coat both sides.
Place in pan, overlapping layers.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
