Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Place tin foil on 2 cookie sheets. Beat eggs well until thick.

Add sugar, oil, almond and vanilla extract and orange juice.

Beat well; add flour and baking powder to egg mixture one cup at a time, mixing well.

Add nuts and chocolate chips.

Divide dough by spooning onto cookie sheets 3-inches wide by 1-inch thick.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.

Remove and cut into pieces.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Return to oven and bake 8 minutes until brown.

Turn over and repeat.

Cool and put in tight containers.
