Mom's English Toffee Cookies
Mom'S English Toffee Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (not margarine), 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, separated, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 275°. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add egg yolk and mix.
Add flour and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
