Mom's Chop Suey
Mom'S Chop Suey is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef, cut in small pieces, 2 lb. pork, cut in small pieces, 3 tbsp. oleo, 5 c. celery, sliced and 2 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place meat in bowl and add Kitchen Bouquet; mix into the meat. Heat oleo in large skillet and brown meat.
Place meat in large pan.
Add the water, soy sauce, brown sugar and beef bouillon cubes.
Cover the pan and simmer gently until nearly done or about 1 hour.
Add celery and onions.
Simmer until tender.
Add the mushrooms, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, if used.
