Beat egg with water using fork in shallow pan. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika in second shallow pan. Dip chicken pieces in bread crumb mixture, then egg mixture and again in bread crumb mixture.

Place coated chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Microwave on High 4 to 8 minutes or until meat is cooked. Top cooked meat with spaghetti sauce and a sprinkling of oregano. Cook on High 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce is hot. Sprinkle grated or place sliced Mozzarella over top of each piece and let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
