Molasses Taffy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. light brown sugar, 1 c. molasses, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/8 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook sugar, molasses, vinegar and butter slowly until it forms a brittle string dropped into cold water or reaches 260Β°.
Stir in the soda.
Pour in buttered pan to cool.
When cool enough to handle, pull until cream colored.
