Moist Bread Stuffing
Moist Bread Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. dried celery, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 18 c. white bread (cube 36 slices) and 1/4 c. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 5 to 8 quart saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter over medium heat until tender, about 8 minutes.
Remove from heat; add bread and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Stuff 12 to 16 pound turkey or put stuffing in 9 x 13-inch pan covered with foil and bake in 325Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Good for any bird.
