Mix together first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix together oil, hot coffee, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Gradually add liquid mixture to dry ingredients 1/3 at a time.
Mixture will be thin. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes (45 to 50 minutes in Bundt pan).
