Ming Chicken Crepe
Ming Chicken Crepe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 crepes (chinese or french), 1 c. white chicken breast, sliced and marinated, 2 c. bean sprouts, rinsed, 1/2 c. soaked, dried mushrooms, sliced and 1 c. pea pods, sliced lengthwise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir-fry sprouts, mushrooms and pea pods in a wok or skillet in 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil for about 2 minutes until done.
Stir-fry chicken in oil.
When nearly done, add vegetables.
Toss; remove to serving platter and sprinkle with uncooked green onions.
