Milk Gravy
Milk Gravy is an easy dinner you can prepare in just 24 minutes. Made with c. fat, to 4 heaping tbsp. flour, c. milk and of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
When sausage, ham or bacon has cooked, remove from skillet and keep warm. Pour fat that has accumulated in the skillet into a heat-proof measuring cup. Return 1/3 cup to the skillet. Add flour and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, until flour no longer smells raw. Add milk all at once and cook, stirring constantly, until gravy is thick, about 2 or 3 minutes.
Add salt.
