Microwave Fried Chicken
Microwave Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts, skinned, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp. water, 1 c. dried bread crumbs and 1 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Shallow baking dish, mix egg white and water.
In another shallow together bread crumbs, paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper and bay leaf.
Dip chicken first in egg water mixture and then in bread crumbs, dredging to coat. Place chicken on round glass dish with large pieces to the outside.
Place butter in one cup glass measuring cup and microwave seconds until melted.
Pour over chicken.
Microwave chicken uncovered on High for 5 minutes. Rotate a quarter turn and microwave on High 5 minutes.
Cover chicken with waxed paper; rotate a quarter turn and microwave 5 minutes more.
Remove from oven; let stand covered about 10 minutes.
Return to oven for additional cooking if fork cannot be inserted chicken with ease when testing for doneness. Makes 4 servings.
