Mexican Wedding Cake(Cookies) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine (2 cubes), 4 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar, 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. walnuts, chopped very fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients and work into a crumb mixture.
Roll into small balls; flatten with glass dipped in flour.
Bake in slow oven (275Β°) for 40 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar until thickly coated.
