Mexican Style Beef Stroganoff
Mexican Style Beef Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef round steak, frozen and sliced, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 c. water and 1/2 c. chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown meat in oil with onion and garlic; drain.
Add water and seasonings; cover and simmer 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Stir together the sour cream and flour.
Stir into meat with mushrooms.
