Heat oven to 350Β°. Mix water and margarine in 12 x 8-inch baking dish until margarine is melted.
Stir in stuffing mix and 1/4 cup salsa.
Arrange chicken over stuffing.
Pour remaining 1/2 cup salsa over chicken.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
