Mexican Chicken Casserole
Mexican Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with corn tortillas, cut into quarters, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 small chopped green bell pepper, 1 small chopped onion and 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Line bottom and side of 2-quart baking dish with tortillas.
Combine soup, green pepper, onion, chili powder and garlic in medium bowl.
Mix well.
Layer half the soup mixture, chicken and cheese in prepared dish. Add layers of remaining tortillas, soup mixture, chicken and cheese. Top with tomatoes. Bake for 1 hour.
