Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked rice, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn, thawed, 1 garlic clove, chopped, 1/3 c. green onions and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 2-quart casserole.
Mix rice, corn, garlic, milk, chili powder, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Pour into casserole.
Place tomatoes on top.
Cook in oven for 35 minutes.
Remove.
Sprinkle on 1/2 cup cheese and cook 5 minutes longer.
