Beat eggs until frothy (about 1 minute).
Add milk and mustard, set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to egg mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Bake in uncovered 9 X 5 X 3 loaf pan at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool for 10-15 minutes.
