Meatball Stroganoff
Meatball Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, egg, 1 slice white bread, coarsely crumbled, generous dash of pepper and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix beef, onion, egg, bread, salt and pepper; shape into 16 meatballs.
Brown in skillet (use shortening if needed).
Pour off drippings.
Add soup and water.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring now and then.
