Meat Soufflé
Meat Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped meat (cold roast beef, veal or chicken), 2 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs, 1 c. stock or milk and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Beat egg yolks; add meat, liquid, butter, salt and pepper. Fold in well beaten egg whites.
Bake in buttered pan for 1/2 hour in a moderate oven.
Turn out on hot platter and serve plain or with mushrooms or tomato sauce.
