Maryland Crabcakes
Maryland Crabcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. backfin crabmeat, 1 egg, beaten, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter until soft by microwave or low heat (do not scorch butter). Mix butter, mayonnaise, mustard, egg, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Blend in crabmeat by tossing with a fork lightly.
Preheat frypan with 1/4 stick butter.
Pat out crabcakes to your own size and place in preheated frypan.
Brown lightly on both sides.
