Marshmallow Fudge
Marshmallow Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, or until candy thermometer reaches 234Β°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cocoa, vanilla, marshmallow cream and nuts; mix well.
Pour into greased 9-inch square or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
Makes about 3 pounds.
