Marinated Veggie Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen california blend veggies, 3 stalks celery, diced, 1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (if desired) and 3 green onions, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dressing mix with oil and vinegar.
Mix well.
Let set while preparing salad.
Bring frozen veggies to a boil.
Cook 2 minutes.
Drain immediately and put in cold water to stop cooking process.
Drain again.
