Marinated Turkey Breast
Marinated Turkey Breast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 fresh turkey breast, 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt, 4 or 5 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed, dash of tabasco sauce and freshly ground pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Trim excess skin from turkey and place turkey in a large, resealable plastic bag.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into bag with turkey.
Squeeze air from bag and seal.
