Maple Sugar Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. maple syrup, 2/3 c. light corn syrup, 1/4 c. water and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine first five ingredients in 2-quart heavy saucepan. Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
If sugar crystals form on side of pan, wipe them off.
Continue cooking, without stirring, to hard ball stage (265Β°).
Spread on greased cookie sheet.
