Mango Nut Bread

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease loaf pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside. Cream shortening with sugar; add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Blend in dry ingredients alternately with mangos. Mix until smooth. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
