Mango and Lobster Salad
Mango And Lobster Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lobster, 2 large mangoes, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 c. cream and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare lobster by removing vein and sac near the head. Remove from shell and slice into 3-inch pieces.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice and set aside.
Peel and slice mangoes.
Place in a bowl with onions and chopped mint.
Mix the cream and lemon juice together and pour over the mangoes.
