Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained, 2 cans mandarin orange slices, drained, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1 c. small marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl mix drained pineapple and oranges.
Add coconut and pecans.
Refrigerate and chill 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Add marshmallows and Cool Whip; mix thoroughly.
Chill.
