Low-Sugar Peach Cobbler
Low-Sugar Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced, 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. bisquick baking mix, 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring peaches, water and nutmeg to boil.
Pour 1/3 into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine baking mix, sugar and milk; stir to form a dough.
Turn out onto floured surface, roll out 1/8-inch thick and cut in 6 strips.
Place 3 strips evenly over peaches. Add remaining peaches, cover with 3 strips of dough.
Pour juice over dough and dot with margarine.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 30 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with packets of sugar substitute.
