Low-Fat Eggnog
Low-Fat Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. liquid egg substitute, 3 c. skim milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 tsp. rum or brandy flavoring and 3 to 4 individual packets sugar substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In blender, combine egg substitute, skim milk, vanilla and rum flavorings and sugar substitute.
If desired, add food coloring. Cover and blend on high speed until frothy.
Chill thoroughly. Serve garnished with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Each 1/2 cup serving has 58 calories, 0.8 g fat and 1.9 mg cholesterol.
Makes 3 1/2 cups or 7 servings.
