Low Country Boil
Low Country Boil is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. shrimp per person, 1 lb. new potatoes, 1 lb. cajun sausage, 6 ears corn (yellow) and shrimp crab boil seasoning to taste (mild to spicy), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut sausage 3-inches long.
Cook in skillet.
Prepare potatoes; wash, remove spots, but don't peel; cut lengthwise. Prepare corn, cut in half.
Cook potatoes.
Add corn and sausage. Add seasoning.
Rinse shrimp well.
Add to boil.
Cook 10 minutes. Boil; serves 6 to 8 people.
(Serve with green salad, French or garlic bread.)
