Louisiana Rice Dressing
Louisiana Rice Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 8 chicken giblets, 8 chicken livers, 2 lb. ground beef and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Boil livers and giblets until tender.
Place giblets in a food processor. Chop until fine.
Chop livers coarsely with a knife. Saute onions, garlic and celery in oil. Add ground beef and cook until done. Add all of the other ingredients, except parsley. Cook approximately 1 hour.
Add a small amount of water to avoid sticking. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with cooked rice.
