Lobster Bisque
Lobster Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. chicken stock, 1 onion, sliced, 4 stalks celery, sliced, 2 cloves and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine chicken stock, onion, celery, cloves, bay leaf and peppercorns in saucepan.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain, reserving stock.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in lobster and reserved stock.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in hot cream at serving time.
Do not boil.
Garnish with paprika. Serves 6.
