Linguini with Clam Sauce
Linguini With Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain broth from clams.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, heat oil and margarine.
Add garlic.
Saute 1 minute.
Sprinkle in flour and cook, stirring constantly 1 minute.
Add clam broth, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon peel.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add clams and heat.
Toss with hot cooked linguini.
Serve with cheese, if desired.
Serves 2 large portions or 4 small side dishes.
