Linguini with Clam Sauce
Linguini With Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 3 cloves garlic, pressed, 1/2 c. half and half and 3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oil and butter in wide frying pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in cream and clams.
Heat, but do not boil.
Meanwhile, cook linguini; drain well.
Put in serving bowl and pour clam mixture over it.
Stir in parsley and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
