Lima Bean Scallop
Lima Bean Scallop is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. dried lima beans, 1 onion, chopped, 1 can tomato soup, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place lima beans in a saucepan and cover with water.
Soak overnight.
Add onion and bring to boil.
Cook over low heat until tender and drain.
Add soup, 1/2 cup water and butter and pour into greased casserole.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
