Combine coconut, nuts, raisins and fruit with 1 cup flour.
In a large bowl, cream butter and eggs together.
Sift together remaining 2 cups flour, salt and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture along with fruit juice and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in nuts and fruit.
Pour into buttered tube pan.
Bake in oven at 250Β° for 2 1/4 hours.
