Lemon Snowflakes
Lemon Snowflakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 3/4 c. cornstarch, 1-1/2 c. flour and 2 tsp. grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter, then add powdered sugar, cornstarch, flour and lemon rind; mix well.
Chill dough at least 1 hour.
Shape dough into balls and drop into chopped nuts.
Flatten with bottom of a drinking glass that has been dipped in flour.
Put nut side up on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for about 15 minutes; cool. To prepare frosting, combine the powdered sugar, melted butter and lemon juice.
Frost cookies when completely cool.
