Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large eggs, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. water and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat whites well and add 1/3 cup sugar.
Beat yolks; add juice, water, sugar and butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick (like pancake batter).
Beat in 1/3 of egg whites with spoon.
Pour into baked pie shell and cover with remainder of egg whites.
Place in 425Β° oven and bake until lightly brown on top.
