Lemon Pepper Chicken

Place each piece of chicken between 2 slices plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using meat mallet.
Combine flour, salt and lemon-pepper seasoning.
Dredge chicken lightly in flour mixture.

Add chicken and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Add lemon juice and cook 3 minutes.
