Lemon Dill Fish

Made with 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced, 1 t butter or margarine, 4 c water, 1 t snipped fresh dill or 1 t dill weed and 3/4 c fat-free milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
Add water and dill; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 4-5 minutes.
Add milk; stir in lemons and pepper.
