Lefse
Lefse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked, riced potatoes (no lumps), 1/3 c. coffee cream (half and half), 1/4 c. butter, melted, good pinch of salt and good pinch of sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Knead well.
Using 1/2 cup at a time, roll paper thin on floured board.
Bake on lightly greased griddle, turning often to avoid scorching.
Should be slightly golden, but never crisp.
