Leek Potato Soup
Leek Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cubed potatoes, 2 or 3 stalks leeks, cut up fine, salt, milk and 1/2 cube butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil potatoes in water just to cover with leeks.
Add salt. When done, add milk for more broth as needed.
Add butter or margarine and bacon bits.
I use potato masher to mash potatoes some so it's thicker.
