Leche Flan
Leche Flan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole egg, 7 egg yolks, 3 tbsp. white sugar, 1 can condensed milk and 1 can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Caramelize 3 tablespoons white sugar in a baking dish.
Caramel must cover surface of dish.
Use baking dish that is round, about 4-inches deep and 9-inch width.
Gently beat egg yolks with one whole egg.
Add condensed milk; beat gently.
Add vanilla extract.
Butter a cooled baking dish.
Pour mixture into the caramelized dish.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 1 hour over a water bath.
Leche Flan is cooked when toothpick comes out clean.
