Layered Mexican Casserole
Layered Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 soft-fried tortillas, 1 (19 oz.) wolf chili, 1 lb. hamburger meat, 2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies and 1 medium onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry corn tortillas soft and drain all grease from them.
Brown hamburger meat.
Cook chili in separate pan.
In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, lay 6 tortillas flat; spread 1/2 of hamburger meat over tortillas, then spread 1/2 of onion and 1 can of green chilies over meat.
Pour 1/2 of chili over it; spread 1/2 of cheese over top.
Repeat steps and make second layer with remaining ingredients.
Bake in oven at 350Β° until cheese is melted.
Serve with crackers and tossed salad.
