Jolloff Rice Of West Africa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. parboiled rice, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 jamaican pepper to taste, 1 tsp. salt to taste and 1 tin corned beef or fresh stew beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Make a stew with onion, corned beef, pepper, salt and oil. Add the parboiled rice into the pot of stew with all the ingredients.
Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
