Jeanette'S Hot Clam Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 1 medium minced onion, 4 tsp. minced garlic, 4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams and 4 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter in frypan.
Saute onion and garlic.
Add clams and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add everything, except cheese.
Mix well and put in a pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.
