Japanese Casserole
Japanese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck or turkey, 1 c. carrots, grated, 6 oz. potatoes, grated, 1 small onion, grated and 1/2 c. skimmed evaporated milk or 1/3 c. powdered milk, mixed with 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grate carrots, potatoes and onion.
Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Saute onion until transparent.
Mix ground chuck or turkey, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper.
Shape into meat balls.
Cook meat balls in a sprayed skillet until brown. Place cooked meat balls in a single layer in a large baking dish. Mix soup and milk together.
Pour mixture over meat balls; bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
